We use products that come with their own manufacturer warranties — GAF Timberline shingles (lifetime limited), Rain Gutter Pros guards (10-year no-clog, no-overflow), Behr Plus Ultra exterior paint (15-year against peeling and blistering). We register your warranty for you.

Are estimates really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the job, and give you a written estimate at no charge and with no obligation. Most estimates are ready within 48 hours of your call.
Which towns do you serve?
We're based in West Orange and serve most of Essex County — including Montclair, Livingston, Verona, South Orange, Maplewood, Bloomfield, Nutley, Caldwell, and surrounding towns. If you're not sure, just call.
Do you use subcontractors?
Never. Every job is done by our own trained crew, start to finish. That's how we can back the work with a written warranty and stand behind it if something goes wrong.
How long does a typical job take?
A gutter cleaning or power wash is usually done in a few hours. New gutter installation takes one day. A full roof replacement typically takes one to two days depending on the size of the house. We'll give you a timeline with your estimate.
How do I pay?
We accept card and bank transfer through Square. You pay after the walkthrough, when you're satisfied with the work. We'll send a receipt by email right away.
What if something goes wrong after the job?
Call us. All our work is backed by a written workmanship warranty. If the problem traces back to our work, we come back and fix it at no charge — no runaround.
